Secure Mail

Lowes is committed to protecting your interests and data. In order to do so we use a leading email security system Egress which we believe is one of the best available.

It is important to note that to use the Egress system you will be required to register your details to create an account.

Please follow these simple steps to create an account is use Egress’s secure email system:

 

Step 1

Upon receipt of a secure email from Lowes, please click the “Open secure email” button within the email. This will direct you to an Egress web access page. .

Step 2

Existing user - log into your existing Egress account using the log in page. You will be able to access your secure email.


New user - please register your details to use this system by following Egress’s simple registration process.


Please note you must use the same email address you have provided Lowes as your Egress ID.

Step 3

Exisiting user - You will be able to access your secure email.


New user - Once you have clicked “Create Account” within the Egress registration process you will be taken to a page which will require you to activate your account. To activate your account, you must click the “Activate account” button within an activation email you will receive from Egress. Please check you junk folder if you don’t receive an activation email.

Step 4

You will now be able to sign in and view your message.
