About Sham Yapa

Sham spent his childhood split between school in the midlands and his family home in Northumberland. After completing his MSc in Finance, he did his first stint at Lowes in 2003, helping the firm with its early work disseminating the UK retail structured product market. After that, he moved down to London and spent a decade each in leadership roles in investment banking and financial analysis. Sham has a depth of experience in finance gained directly from the capital markets, which he is now looking to redirect at helping individuals and families to build their financial futures.

Sham is a keen if now average sportsman and regularly cycles, plays golf, cricket and despite his advancing years, football. Outside of that he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
