Stockmarket Bonds - The Truth

Stockmarket Bonds brochure images Archived Analysis

New stockmarket bonds regularly come to the market with clever manipulative marketing and high headline rates, many people invest in them.  We are well aware that if we compromised our standards and mailed these products to potential investors, we would gain financially.  However, after over 37 years in business we know that the most important aspect of our business is long term relationships.

The following is an analysis of stockmarket income bonds and similar structured products, very few of which have been endorsed by Lowes.  We were offered all of them and some with apparent high yields would have made us a great deal of money, but we want our clients to feel good about their investment decisions long after the deal has been done.

We have been exposing the risks behind many high income products on this site since 2000.  In November 2002 the FSA published their factsheet "High-Income Products: Make Sure You Understand the Risks" which was required reading for anyone considering investing in a high income product and this was subsequently replaced by the factsheet "Capital at Risk Products" which, despite the broad subject matter, is intended for issue only to those considering investment into a structured investment product.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader® to view these documents.

Of the products reviewed, we offer you the option of requesting Product Literature for those products which we endorse.  To look at our reviews, simply select the options to the right of this page then click 'Show Products'...
