Capital Protection
Maximum Growth Option - Capital will be returned in full unless the FTSE 100 Index falls by more than 50% from its starting level during the period AND does not regain to at least its starting level. If this is the case then the capital returned will be reduced by 1% for every 1% the closing level is lower than the starting level. However, any bonuses locked in as a result of the index rising at any time during the term will still be payable.

Product Variation
Keydata have produced an innovative structure which locks in the growth of the index for each 20% rise, subject to a maximum of 100%. Therefore, if the index rises then falls, the maturity bonus will be determined by the highest locked in position that the market reaches during the term.
Summary
The Maximum Growth option of this plan pays a bonus equivalent to all of the rise in the FTSE 100 index over the term subject to a healthy maximum of 100%. What sets the Growthbuilder apart however is, unlike similar plans, this plan has an innovative addition which locks in a bonus when the index rises above certain trigger points. The maximum return is not therefore wholly dependant upon the final index measurement but, if higher, by the highest locked in position during the term.
